This policy explains what data the CarSavdo platform collects, how we use it and how we protect it. We process personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan "On Personal Data".
1. Data we collect
Account data: name, phone number, email, company name. When you sign in with Google or Telegram — the profile identifier provided by those services. Business data you enter: customers, cars, contracts, payments. Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, sign-in logs.
2. How we use data
To provide the service and manage your account, secure sign-in, send notifications by SMS, Telegram and email, respond to support requests and improve the Platform.
3. Your customers' data
We process the customer data you enter into the Platform only to provide the service to you. Each company's data is stored isolated from other companies.
4. Third parties
We rely on several providers to run the service: servers and hosting, SMS delivery, Telegram, Google sign-in and an AI service (the request text when you use AI features). They receive only the data needed for their task. We do not sell your data.
5. Storage and protection
Data is transmitted over an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Access is restricted by role, important actions are recorded in an audit log, and two-factor authentication is available. Data is kept while your account is active and for the periods required by law.
6. Cookies
The Platform uses essential cookies to keep you signed in and to remember your language and theme.
7. Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, request its correction or deletion, and withdraw your consent. To do so, write to the address below.
8. Changes
We may update this policy; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page.
