Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the CarSavdo platform (the "Platform"). By registering or using the Platform, you accept these terms.
1. About the service
CarSavdo is a cloud service for car dealerships to manage car sales, installment plans, rentals and investors. The Platform is provided over the internet — in the browser, the mobile app and Telegram.
2. Account and security
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when registering. You are responsible for keeping your password, PIN and sign-in codes confidential. The account owner is responsible for the actions of staff added to the company account.
3. Plans and payment
Current plans and prices are listed in the Pricing section. After the trial period ends, continued use requires payment for the selected plan. If payment is late, account features may be restricted.
4. Your data
The data you enter into the Platform (customers, cars, contracts, payments and so on) belongs to you. You are responsible for collecting and using your customers' personal data lawfully. You can export your data using the Platform's tools.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the Platform for unlawful activity, attempt to access other accounts without authorization, disrupt the service or exploit vulnerabilities, send spam, or copy the Platform without permission.
6. AI and calculations
AI assistant answers, calculator results and reports are for assistance only. Checking the results and making final financial or legal decisions remains your responsibility.
7. Availability and liability
We take reasonable measures to keep the Platform running reliably and securely, but temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance or causes beyond our control. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
8. Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict or suspend an account in case of a serious breach of these terms.
9. Changes and governing law
We may update these terms; the date of the latest update is shown at the top of this page. These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
